WE ARE ISO 17100 CERTIFIED

ACP Traductera was among the first translation companies to apply for the new ISO 17100 Quality Standard. We successfully went through the certification process in April 2016.
ACP Traductera has been awarded the ISO 17100 certificate by TÜV NORD as the first company in the Czech Republic.

Extract from auditor’s report:

“The auditing process gave us a very good insight. The company applies a distinctive customer-focused approach and analysis (performance of processes criteria, complaints, monitoring of customer satisfaction) are processed at a level which is above the standard.”
