External Audit

🧐 This week we had our annual external audit by the world-renowned company TÜV NORD GROUP.

The auditors evaluated the effectiveness of our processes, administration and management of the organization according to the standards:

👉 ISO 9001 – quality management system,

👉 ISO 17100 – management and quality system for translation services, and

👉 ISO 18587 – machine translation post-editing.
